Tahini Yogurt Dipping Sauce is easy to make and full of flavor. It is wonderful as a dipping sauce for veggies fries, a dollop on burgers or drizzle on a bed of field greens.

Tahini Yogurt Dipping Sauce (A printable version is at end of post)
Yields approximately 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup organic tahini
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup parsley, gently packed
zest and juice of one lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 Tablespoons of water
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Process until smooth. Add an additional tablespoon of water to thin to desired consistency.
